Like the title says I’m struggling. I keep going over on my calories…like 800-1000 cals over when I give myself a 1300 limit (F 5’2 177lbs).
I workout about 4-5 times a week for at least and hour each time alongside walking for about half an hour if I have the time. Except I always think of food when doing so.
I’ve been swapping snacks out for rice cakes, nonfat greek yogurt, fruits/vegetables, or down to hot tea with honey. But I never feel full after any meal (I usually eat chicken, salad, or soup) but I just can’t help but keep eating…like I mean 24/7. When I stop eating I get in a mood or I watch vids on food. My stomach will start hurting…and I still wanna eat.
I’m seriously addicted to food and I hate it. What can I do about this?
