I have been on dosages between 5mg-10mg since 2022, with a brief break around 2023 before going back on it. I struggle deeply with depression, anxiety and perhaps other currently undiagnosed issues. It helps me regulate and maintain a normal facade quite well. I’ve been on Zoloft and Prozac before but they did not work for me like lexapro has. I think I’ll be on it for the rest of my life unfortunately.
