Hello everyone,

I have been a telemetry float pool nurse coming up on one year now & recently applied to an ICU position within my hospital system which is a level II trauma center (I have an interview next week for a night shift position). My mentor says that I should leave my hospital system completely and go for a job at a Level I trauma center which is about 45 minutes away from me. Question is does this really matter when the admission council is reviewing applications for school or will level II hospital experience suffice?
