Reload

I can’t even get reload to load up a game for me. I’m on Xbox. Hub is on ps5 and neither of us can get a reload game to full load in.
Is this an issue for anyone else? I’ve restarted my game and Xbox multiple times. This is like a DAYS ongoing thing.
