26 (F4F) Looking for people in the Heights to do art outside with
Im pretty new to Houston (26 F) Been here since January, and i'm finally making an attempt to meet some new people and find a friend group. Mind me, I can't drive. My travelability is limited; hence, the Heights (77008). I love art and recently picked up embroidery, and I love drawing, painting, arts and crafts, and things. So I figure, why not try to get a group together to go do some art out in the wild (en plein air, so to speak)? There's some cute little parks and green spaces near me that I think would make for good hangout spots.
If you're cool with bringing your latest mini project or wanna experiment with some random art supplies to rid of your art block, let me know! I'd love to get a group together to soak in the weather while we vibe down with some art (and maybe a sweet coffee drink 🧊 ☕ 👀)
