Done of a couple of audits without a clear supervisor, recently completed a second cycle of an audit with the ward pharmacists involvement. How do I actually prove it for job applications and such, do I need to get a consultant involved and have them sign off on it?

Any got any advice of ways to make the applications system work for you?

Currently working the three FY2s who are driving me mad.

They all come from private education backgrounds, some international and attended international schools in their home country. They seem to have such an unrealistic outlook on life and just completely oblivious to their own level of privilege.

Two of them are applying for specialities i'm also interested in and the office if full of a daily barrage of all the things they've done for application points. I sit and listen to them and think how can these young (average age of 24) people, who are only 18 months into their first jobs be so confident in their applications.

To be fair, two of them have also sat primary exams and I sit and listen to how they 'sold their soul', to sit the exams. I get it's a big exam, I sat it in my FY4 year, but they also seem so out of touch that the majority of the people sitting the exam also did it whilst working an awful rota, and actually they were both on academic jobs when sitting in, which from what i've heard, is a pretty good deal.

I just wondered if anyone had any advice of how to get onto training without getting swept up in this awful world of unrealistic expectations? I have no interest in competing with these people for a training number. I fully expect they'll get into training and require six months off for burn out a year into the programme, it's unrealistic and unsustainable.
