Hi guys , need your advice. So i got a verbal offer last weel just before the long weekend from both the HR and hiring manager saying that they'd guve me an offer. But now its Tuesday already and i havent heard from them.

The reason im concerned is, the hiring manager said hed prefer me to join as soon as I can. But the offer is from a different country and the hr told me it'll take a month or two to get my visa for the country. She also asked me what my salary expectations were and when i told her the market range she quoted 10k lower as their budget. I told her if they could consider me for the higher end of their budget would be great. And she said she'll check with the hiring manager and get back.

They have usually been super responsive (within a day or two max), so now im concerned why they haven't sent me the contract yet. Should i reach out to the recruiter or hiring manager? I also don't want to come across pushy because i dont want to risk getting the offer revoked because i currently not working

So, i have been looking for a job since the last 6 months, and i finally got a Verbal offer last week. The HR initially asked me for my expectations, but when i asked her for the salary budget it was 10k below the market range i found online.

For context, i would have to move to Sweden for this role (so i would move counties), also i have 2yrs of work experience relevant for the role. My hiring manager told i was the top candidate when giving me the verbal offer so im thinking if i should try to negotiate (maybe above their budget and more in line with the market) or would i risk revoking the offer? I don't have any other offers at the moment. Their budget is 40k - 45k, so im worried if they would offer me the lower end of their budget. If they do, how can i negotiate?

I already told the hr about my thoughts on the budget, but i didn't press hard because i didn't want to risk rescinding the offer.

I had an interview with a company who was very proactive with me in scheduling calls for the next round (they'd get back to me within 24hrs to move to the next round). I had 4 rounds in total, on the day of the final interview, the interviewer said ill hear back or get an email by the end ofbthat day about whatever the answer is. But its been 3 days since the call happened.

I know its not been that long, but for a company activity responding within 24hrs, to them telling me to expect an answer by eod feels weird. Did they find another candidate already or am i over thinking it?

I don't want to reach out because it feels too soon, but also with the long weekend coming, im getting too anxious
