Spent a year renovating the house with handymen and contractors. Inspection report was done before selling last week:

Everything was clean except
- droplet level leak in one sewer pipe in crawlspace
- one joist has old water damage
- some soil mess when they dug up to replace sewer pipe
- rest are very basic thing like broken vent from ac install etc.

Agent said it’s super clean report. Leak is already taken care of. It was like 2-3 drops every now and then in crawl space.

Fixing joist is required ? Agent said it’s a 1960 house. Some old damage is expected. Foundation and concrete is super solid without cracks.

Any thoughts ?
