Cost of one acre in amaravati in most premium area is 3.63 cr per acre

So CBN bought 5 acres of land from a farmer, who was lucky and got the most prestigious plot for his sacrifice for 18 crore.

If that is true, expecting the whole excess Amaravati land of 5000 acres, when sold, will not yield more than 18k crores. How will Amaravati become a self-financing capital?cbn land purchase

In his previous terms in United AP, he used to call himself CEO. He claims to be an administrator with vision. The more I see, the more I feel he is just a marketing manager good at promoting himself. He always failed as an administrator.

Bhaseerbagh firing, Godavari Pushkaralu, Vijayawada floods, and now this fuel crisis.

Anyone with a bit of know-how knows diesel demand in certain sectors and the upcoming fuel crisis due to the Iran war. There should have been a certain cushion prepared; people should have been alerted beforehand. He only comes after the damage, and we get headlines: "Babu serious," "Babu fired official," "Settle in 2 days or else... Babu threatened." Prevention is better than cure. He only comes after damage and creates a fuss.

Babu is the worst CM in my lifetime, with zero administrative capacity. No doubt Amaravati is in a sorry state; he lacks vision. He lives in imagination and grandeur.
