I purchased from Amazon "Photoshop & Premier Elements 2026" and received redemption codes. I downloaded the related "Photoshop & Premier Elements 2026" installation files from Adobe to my Microsoft Surface Studio laptop PC and every time I click on the Set-up file, I get a dialog box as shown attached with this post (with "Installation", "OPTIONS" shown in the image); however, the "Installation", "OPTIONS" buttons are dead (i.e. they don't respond to any clicking) and therefore I cannot install the software even though I paid $99 from Amazon for the nonrefundable purchase.
