Lost All of My Photos, But It Gets Worse
So last night I checked my album and all of the around 900+ photos in my album were completely gone. I kept hoping my eyes were seeing wrong. But then I switched to the "Scrapbook" and had an even worse discovery: not only were all of my photos gone, but the ones in the Scrapbook had all been switched to the default skin tone. I work with the deepest skin tone, Passionate Banquet.
So then there I was, looking at my near-empty album and the complete factory reset version of my memories with the game. Needless to say I closed the game, got in the bed and binged a different game to soothe my disappointment.
I know they unfortunately cannot restore the personal album, but I do plan to contact them to see if my Scrapbook can be restored to normal. I just didn't have the energy nor patience to do so last night.
