Hello Everyone,
I just received my KS Pro and I'm very excited, but it seems there is something wrong with it. I am just wondering if anyone had the same issue before I contact support for RMA with 6sigma.
First, it took almost an hour for Pit House to notice that I connected the wheel to my R5. All lights on it were on, firmware up to date.
Second, when driving the screen randomly reboots. Seems to be when ffb is force feedbacking. I noticed you can recreate this easily by turning the wheel to hit the steering lock both ways. (My wheel is not loose and is properly connected. Feels like a brick, absolutely solid. Wiggling and even hitting it does nothing for the disconnecting issue).
Third, when I am driving, the wheel shifts up randomly. I cannot produce this at will.
