Curious if anyone has had negative experiences working with one of the Ramsey trusted tax pros?

We have used a tax pro from the list for the last 2 years and the experience has been very underwhelming. Lengthy return times, impersonal interactions, increasing costs with no communication and misleading advertisements.

What is the criteria the Ramsey team vets these tax pros on? Do they accept reviews to help keep them honest?

At this point we're feeling very taken advantage of and a bit foolish for trusting this firm just because it was listed by Ramsey.

We won't be using the Ramsey list moving forward, this one firm has tainted the entire list for us.
