Hi all, I am intending on buying this vehicle and my only concern is the startup noise. Is this normal for the 2.4 L engine, or should I pass on the purchase? My worry is that it could be the VTC acutator

Hi all, yesterday I’ve looked at this 2000 Honda CR-V that the guy is selling for 6k CAD. It’s mechanically solid (222k km on the whole thing), but I’ve noticed that quarter panels are starting to rust away. One side is patched up, and the other one is starting to bubble. Passenger side floor mat was also slightly damp. I did not seal the deal because of that. Do you think I’m making a right call, or is worth it to take a shot and bring it to the mechanic?
