I have been under a lot of stress recently and lost my motivation to go to the gym. However, I want to get it back but I don't know what program I should start following, because I won't go to the gym regularly for a period of time (until summer). The three big lifts are a must and I would like to have some form of progression. I was thinking about exercising 2-3 days a week (at least try to do that), and like 30-45 minutes including warm up sets. My biggest issue is that I get overwhelmed very easily, so it needs to be very minimalistic while giving me the opportunity to increase my strength (I also get bored very easily).

So... Any advice on a program that's flexible enough for being like 1-3 days a week and very short? I know I'm asking a lot in one but gotta give it a try lol.
