What exactly is the situation?

I suspect a CSF leak. I have been suffering from symptoms for three years now, including pressure on my left ear, hearing a heartbeat in my left ear, and headaches. All of this occurs as soon as I stand up. When I lie down, my symptoms disappear.

I have had an MRI of both my head and spine (with and without contrast). Nothing is visible on it. I am going to a specialized leak center in just over a month. Now I am also suffering from a runny nose. Fluid is coming out, but unfortunately not so much that it is running out. So testing for fluid is not possible. Could this also be related to a spinal leak? Due to pressure on the nerves?
