Pretty much title, how have people's experiences been actually shifting with the 2.0 cassettes? They look great, but I am not sure they will shift as well as my Shimano ones.

I know the rightmost one is for rear shift, middle for front shift, what is the third (circled) one used for? I am thinking of using it to route an external dropper, but would like to figure out the intention of the part first.
