Trying to Find My Way Back to My Ideal Weight 🤍
Two years ago I weighed around 56–57 kg I am 1m60cm, and now I’m at 62 kg… and honestly, I don’t feel comfortable in my own body anymore. My main problem areas are my hips, upper thighs, and my stomach.
Back then, I was super focused — I weighed all my food, barely snacked, and kept my portions really small. But let’s be real… that takes a lot of effort and discipline, and it’s not always easy to maintain.
I really want to get back to my ideal weight, but I’m struggling to find a balance. I’ll be honest — I love sweet things 😅
So my question is… would I actually lose the weight just by cutting down on sweets? Or do I need to go back to being super strict again?
Any advice or experiences are welcome 🤍
