Silver 1 but cannot figure out how to win
I understand that I am at the rank that I currently belong but I believe that my mechanics/gameplay are better than the rank that I have. I have consistently lost this season, maybe a 30-40% win rate regardless of how I try to play. I personally always feel like I am doing well but this doesn't translate into the team doing well. I'd assume that my gameplay would naturally result in more wins but that isn't the case and I'm not sure what I need to learn/practice to move on from silver.
If anyone cares, here are a couple of replay codes from some losses. My tag is WashedHands and I play mostly Sierra, Cass, Reaper, and Emre. (Is reaper good for dive or to counter Ashe/widow?)

I don't want to claim to be the best player in every lobby, I know that's not true and I have bad games at times too; it just feels like unless I am the top player my team will lose.
