I have to preface this post by saying I’ve drank Redbull my entire life, but always mained Rockstar. However in late 2024ish, Rockstar began to make me ill. I took a small break from energy drinks, and came back to Redbull instead, and they are now my energy drink of choice. That being said, I never got to try all of these flavors everyone raves about, so I went ahead on eBay and ordered some Curuba Elderflower to try. I’ve tried everything on the USA lineup from 2025 Winter Edition, on. So far, my favorite flavor is/was Blueberry, now being Vanilla Iced-Berry.
After trying this Curuba Elderflower, I have to say I’m presently surprised with the taste. I would genuinely describe it as a better Watermelon, and have no idea why they would drop this edition. It’s very tasty, has a light profile, yet still layered with flavor. Our current Watermelon and Tropical are just not for me at this point, and I honestly could’ve kept the Curuba and parted ways with the current Watermelon.
I just placed an order for Peach-Nectarine, I heard that this older Peach clears the new Peach edition, so I have to give it a shot.
Thanks for reading my little review of Curuba Elderflower. Definitely a novice in the Redbull world, but I’d rank it higher than this year’s Cherry Sakura or Sudachi Lime, & I’d give it a 8/10 overall. Sad to see it go, but super glad I got to try it.
