I completed two J1 programs. During the third J1 program, my sponsor shortened my visa, and due to miscommunication, I didn't know when to leave the country and overstayed by about three days.

Approximately a month and a half later, I used my B2 visa for the first time to enter the US and didn't have any issues with CBP (I was allowed to stay for 6 months, per my I-94, but stayed for 2 days only). It was my 5th time in and out of the country

3 months after overstay (a month and a half after the last B2 entry), I got an email about visa revocation. Since it's only 3 days, they told me I don't have any bans and can apply again.

So I was wondering if anyone had similar situations?

I was planning to apply for an F1 for a master's in early 2027.
