Underlying issue?

41 year old male, married, kids, overweight, constantly working. I had back surgery in December 2022 for L4 & L5 herniated discs that were causing tremendous back pain and nerve pain from my back to nearly my foot on my left leg. March 2025, surgery on my left wrist for nerve pain, didn’t fix a thing. April 2025, rotator cuff surgery in my right shoulder, also torn labrum, torn bicep, and removed a bone spur on my clavicle. Still she. Shoulder pain, being told I need surgery on my left shoulder as well now. March 2026, back and leg pain is back to what it was when I first had surgery. Pre surgery, I tried literally everything I could to take care of the issue before surgery, 10 years of chiro, acupuncture, medicines, vitamins, PT, lost weight (lost 60 lbs, I am 6’2” 275) nothing worked. I am fed up with surgeries and am dreading going to the doctor again for this, I can’t keep missing all this work for surgeries, I have responsibilities as a father and husband. Is it possible there’s some underlying issue here that no one is seeing that is causing all these problems with me, it is it just plain bad luck? Please, share and opinions and ideas! This is affecting nearly every single part of my life and I hate it.
