Hi everyone, I'm just looking for a little advice. I told UC on the 3rd of April that my son has been given higher DLA. I requested an update twice via journal entry on the 16th and 27th but with no answer.

I called on the 29th and they said they will have a manager call me back by the 5th of May. On the 5th I didn't get a call but a journal entry saying

"We are currently still awaiting verification on this change, this is completed by a specialist team"

And that's the last I've heard about it.

Should I call again? I've checked online and I see people saying this was done within a couple of days.

Any info would be great, thanks in advance.
