I’ve managed to mostly fix my mood symptoms with a low histamine diet and supplements but I really struggle with the physical side - not sleeping at night, feeling exhausted in the day, aching muscles etc. I miss weeks of college every month and I worry that I’ll struggle when I go to uni in September because I’ll have to be working constantly too. Any advice?
