This binding vow cuts the users CE reserves in HALF (or whatever percentage the user chooses) and the remaining amount goes into a separate store that will be added to over a certain period of time for example over a period of 10 days the 2nd store would have 500% instead of the 10 it starts with.
The separate store of cursed energy is to be used in a single attack and supercharging whatever technique is selected for that "supercharge"

The sorcerer doubles their Cursed energy reserves and output and in exchange loose the ability to use sorcery for the latter half of their natural lives
Life binding vow
The sorcerer sacrifices the ability to use and comprehend cursed energy or their Cursed technique, alongside their memory of jujutsu sorcery in exchange for them being able to keep living
