22 F Indian here visiting singapore solo for 9-11 may!!
Excited to go around the city pretending I'm Anthony Bourdain.

Would love recommendations things worth experiencing as a solo traveller- especially fun group activities or group tours that will make me feel a little less lonely while I’m there as I’m really worried about travelling alone for the first time and i wont be staying in a hostel either

Also want recommendations for cafes and cheap must eat places/ specific dishes keeping in mind my budget is 15- 20 sgd per meal for eg i heard din tai fung has banger food.

Was also planning to check out clarke quay on the first night I’m there and maybe get a cocktail by the riverfront and would love to get some value for money recommendations for the same

As for the beaches on sentosa island, can i wear a bikini there if I’m travelling solo and which beach should i be checking out siloso or palawan

Is it possible to do universal studios singapore and the sea aquarium and watch a beach sunset in the same day if i purchase an express pass ticket for USS!

Any other hidden gems or recommendations for fun activities/ foods to try out while I’m there are welcome!!

22F indian will be visiting singapore solo for 3 days and im kinda nervous about feeling lonely so really wanted to join a walking tour so i can meet people and explore.

I’ve been looking at paid tours on Klook and the “free” tip-based ones on GuruWalk, and I’m confused about which would be a better fit for what I’m looking for.
What I care about most:
• A friendly, social atmosphere where it’s easy to talk to people
• Preferably a younger crowd (20s-ish, other solo travelers would be ideal)
• A guide who actually engages the group, not just lectures

If you’ve tried either (or both), I’d love to hear:
• Which one had a better vibe for meeting people?
• Are GuruWalk tours actually social, or do people just show up and leave?
• Any specific tours/hosts you’d recommend in Singapore?
