Got a pair of 2976 that I use everyday for work (grocery store work, freezer, fridge, produce, etc) and two pairs of 1460s (One red one black)

I was wondering the order of which you're suppose to apply. Like can you apply both Wonder Balsam and Dubbin at once? Are you suppose to apply it one after the other? Is it even worth the effort to get Dubbin as well? And when applying show polish cream are you suppose to put the Wonder Balsam with the polish or are you suppose to do the polishing alone? And lastly just how often you should apply polish/Wonder Balsam/Dubbin.

Kept seeing a bunch of different answers/opinions and figured I'd just ask for a straight answer.
