SO, I FINALLY figured out several issues that took me damn near 2 days (couple hours after work each day).
TLDR: Update Bluetooth drivers and uninstall Meta software. Don't roll your eyes and say it won't work, it WILL
Controllers stuck at 59 using MediaTek Bluetooth Adapter: DRIVERS, I was convinced Windows would update it and I kept putting it off and thinking it was something else, every time "59". Finally on day 2 I looked up the drivers for the adapter and installed it and as I swore to myself this is a waste of time, IT WORKED! Each controller works amazingly.
Then came Intro The Radius 2 trouble. I'd get to the title screen and it would work fine, I could move and use my controllers BUT when I hit "Enter The Radius" and it would just sit there without the menu. I tried EVERYTHING. Changing settings, bindings whatever. Finally I remember using my Quest 3 and using that as Default. I Uninstaller Meta software from my PC and IT WORKED!
