I recently purchased the S4 max nvr pzt cameras,2 out of the 4 cameras had issues when I updated the firmware, they failed to update then went offline, hard reset got them working again then updated the firmware again and same issue again but this time they did update, reset the cameras, everything working fine for the next ~18 hours.
Now the same 2 cameras are back to showing cameras offline. I tried unplugging them then replugging them, still show offline, tried restarting the nvr, tried different ports on the nvr, same issue.
Just an fyi, the cameras are powered and working, when I walk past them they are tracking me so I know they’re working but they’re showing offline on the nvr.
I couldn’t find any topics about this online, any help appreciated.
I called eufy support and wasn’t able to connect to someone, I’ve been waiting on a call back for a while now.
