I have frequent nightmares about being sexually assaulted/raped. It used to only happen about once a month, but now I’m having them once a week-ish. I’m deeply disturbed by it and I really wish it would stop. The scenarios are absurd, often involving people I know or celebrities. I really hate this. I have never been assaulted in real life so this is not stemming from some trauma or something. Just wanted to confess it I guess, because it makes me feel disgusting.
