May not be a fancy brisket or ribs, but it sure was delicious!
I bought this Patio Legend a couple of weeks ago and I freaking love this thing. It's my first brand new smoker.
So far I've done lamb chops, Korean BBQ chicken and this lovely bone-in ribeye.
My first actual smoke job will probably be pork ribs or a tri-tip. Once I've gotten the hang of it, I'll try my hand at a brisket.
