I have a 14 year old nephew that loves slogging around in swamps, rivers, lakes, and hiking in the woods. He loves to learn about all fauna, but especially bugs and fish. He has an ADHD diagnosis, so he doesn’t do well in group settings, which is why I’m hoping to find a mentor. Ideally, this person would be a teacher, professor, naturalist, or something along those lines, who has a project this summer to do things like count the number of certain types of bugs or fish within a certain body of water. He has a solid foundational knowledge and has experience with kayaking the St. Joe river. Anyone know anyone?
