I have an off-market deal in Stone Mountain. It’s been a section 8 rental for the past 10 years and the tenants just vacated. The property just needs basic cosmetics and can work as a flip or buy and hold.

Ideally, looking for an end-buyer, but happy to JV if numbers make sense.
