Food noise cures-not GLP-1 related

TL; DR: tricks to help someone not want to eat all day.

Long story short, I had been on a GLP-1 from September 2024-February 2026. I had to get off due to insurance prices being ridiculous. I have since switched to anti-inflammatory and am back counting macros after a break. Exercising 3xs a week and slowly losing weight (like .5 of a pound a week?) My issue I’m having is food noise. I have a few snacks in my office (dates, walnuts, 70% dark chocolate) that I keep on hand, but I find myself wanted to eat that ALL THE TIME! I am counting my macros, but I am already over my fat limit for the day (which is a whole other issue) and don’t like seeing the numbers in the red. I have been working on drinking water when I feel the urge to eat and chewing gum just to get that motion of chewing, but I’m starting to really struggle. Any suggestions are appreciated!

Hey all, I’m a 33F diagnosed at 16 with PCOS. battled with my weight my whole life. Have stayed the same weight for about 10 years but want to lose 100 lbs. In September 2024 I got on a GLP-1 and lost 40 lbs. My insurance started charging a 20% copay on the GLP-1, so I had to get off of it. That was 3 months ago and so far I have maintained but am not really losing. I have been working out 3X a week with a mix of strength + cardio and went back on an anti-inflammatory diet. I was counting calories but have since stopped because I don’t want to get obsessive. I am losing inches, but overall weight is still the same. My cycles are regulating which is a plus, but I’m overall concerned there is something I’m not doing. Just curious if anyone has had my experience and what helped them. Thanks in advance!
