Can someone give a simple explanation of how fedex pays contractors? Is it based on stop count? Package count? Service area? Miles driven?

I'll be honest, looking at asking for a raise. I'm consistently the highest stop count of my team, but a lower package count as I don't have bulk stops on my route.
