Almost the same story as someone earlier this month: I married into a Dyson and before our 2nd anniversary, the battery suddenly failed, and repair would have been ridiculously priced.

Now, I was fairly happy with a 12-year old Hitachi I had, but I knew there had to be something better, and that's when I found this reddit.

Well, there's no Sebo in this Japanese city of 1.8 million, but I did find the one Miele dealer across town. It's been 2 months, and I'm totally happy so far.
