My partner and I are traveling to Cancun in next month. We normally go to cdmx but the flights were insane. We will be arriving in Cancun June 29 and leaving July 7. We would prefer not to stay in Cancun because it’s more touristy than we like. My partner is Mexican and prefers to be with the culture, we just do not have any experience traveling this far south in Mexico. We would love to know other places we could easily travel during this trip.

EDIT: We ended up changing our flights! We will now be in PVR instead of Cancun. I’d love suggestions!
