Question about Living City/Nexus Tools online unlocks
I've been playing through the first game again with Living City installed (with Nexus Tools), and I want to know if there's a way to get the online unlocks (like the silenced Vector .45 ACP and OCP-11 weapons, etc) without having to go online? Nexus Tools disables online features, so what I'm asking is if there's any sort of offline integration within Living City so that I can still get the online weapon/car unlocks without actually having to do the online activities. Like am I able to just get the weapons from gang hideouts or is there some sort of system to simulate online gameplay while being offline (like NPC's invading you instead of other players)?
Sorry if that all sounds confusing, I've been trying to find anything about this online for an hour now and can't find answers. Any help would be appreciated!
