TL;DR, how could you make a stand for a soldering iron better?

I’m a student and have a project to redesign the solder iron and stand (can’t remember the proper term rn), I need to make them more safe and easy to use. I’ve redesigned the iron and made the stand safer, im suck on the ease part, any advice on what I could add to my redesign?
