I live in an apartment building with no hose access and all the self car washes around have DIRTY as heck floors that never get cleaned so im wondering, can I clean my winter tires (off the car now) with just a wheel cleaner, scrubber, and the shower head running, before putting them away for the season for good? Or should I suck it up and haul them to the self car wash which has a pressure hose?

Edit: I did it despire your protests muehehehe :3 It worked fine, went light on the product and cleaned off the shower after of course. Much easier than lugging four steelies to a wash tbh. My bathroom will smell of rubber as they dry but such is life.
