Sentence Update/Plea Deal for 1st Degree Murder Charge
Location: Florida
Someone who I knew growing up was recently sentenced for second degree murder to 15 years in FDOC.
How lenient of a sentence is 15 years for second degree murder in Florida? What are chances of state refilling charges of murder in 1st degree? Or is it not a possibility since it seems a plea deal was taken?
