Hello everyone,

I will be driving past Zermatt(Tasch) next weekend and thought I should do quick Breithorn climb to kick new season off(I’m experienced if that’s what you going to ask).
According to the recent weather and future forecast it is and will be wintery cold with fresh snow. Normally May is much warmer with visible crevasses, but this year weather seems to be different. Before I commit and pack my gear has anyone been there recently and could give little bit of insight on actual conditions?
