Very elderly man gave some rabbits to us and we want to help them but I’m not sure what’s wrong yet.

He was keeping about 50 rabbits in a small windowless room in the barn, they were colony style on the floor which was just years of poop. She also just gave birth, we received her pregnant.

Is this ear mites? We’ve never experienced such dirty ears before.
