Essentially imagine if Jews never stopped pronouncing the name Yahweh (if we assume that that's how it was pronounced) and thus early Christians would've kept refering to God as "Yahweh". My assumption is that Yahweh would have become "Jebeios" in Koine Greek, then Jebeios would have turned into Latin Jebeus, and thus Jebeus would have been the standard way to refer to God in Christianity, pronounced something like "d͡ʒəːbiəs Thoughts on this? (I'm new to linguistics lol)
