Low occupancy
That’s my Airbnb above. I am currently going through renovations on both properties I Airbnb, adding AC and fixing some structural issues with the homes plus some extras. I have opened my dates from end of June a couple months ago and have gotten little to no reservations, which is very strange as occupancy the last 2 years have been 80/90% during summer…
I am getting a little worried and thinking of lowering prices which I really don’t want to do. I recently started using pricelabs and charge similar prices to the other villas in this villa complex that have AC and up to date condition.
Any feedback, similar experiences or suggestions?
I think maybe cause I have the construction disclaimer people are getting put off, maybe ill put it further down
