no diagnosis or treatment 10 weeks after San Diego er visit revealing multiple tumors in my dad's brain. GP keeps forgetting to follow up.
My dad has been a KP member since I can remember. He went into the ER in San Diego due some sudden vision changes 10 weeks ago - upon imaging they found multiple brain tumors growing.
He has had two imaging appointments and still has not received any diagnosis or treatment plans. To make matters worse his GP forgot to follow up with results for a second time.
Kaiser has knowingly know. He has tumors growing in his brain for 10 weeks, they did the imaging in their ER and sent him to their GP.
This is such disgusting behavior, my dads memory is getting notably worse, he has always been sharp and very mentally active. He has grandkids that love him and up until recently has been relatively active.
He is getting worse before my eyes and Kaiser is allowing it to happen
How can you call yourself a healthcare company and not have a diagnosis for someone with multiples brain tumors after months. Not treating him, just letting him die. What disgusting, negligent behavior and lack of accountability from their doctors. I don't know what to do, he literally doesn't want to complain- he's really not acting like himself. This absolutely feels like neglence on Kaiser San Diego part. Can I do anything on his behalf?
