Ghosting is a 100% clear communication

Before two people move into a serious commitment, and especially after first three dates, ghosting is a very clear communication about their lack of interest and respect. They are still basically a stranger and their reasoning should not concern you

I am asking the community to list books that are:

a) written in modern language that is easy to understand for those not deep in the discourse, but would love to educate themselves

b) aren't necessary anarchist or even politically affiliated at all, but provide a useful perspective for anarchist thought

c) well researched and constructed, not just emotionally compelling.

Totally asking for myself, but also here are my three recs:

Anarchism: A Very Short Introduction by Alex Prichard (it's fundamental, crude and debatable, but I am yet to find a better version of Anarchism 101)

The Unaccountability Machine by Dan Davis is not even affiliated with anarchic thought, but highly useful in understanding why things don't work

Capital in the Anthropocene/Slow Down by Kohei Saito is totally Marxist, but in all the best ways, including a soft intro to unpublished works of Marx that are soooo eco-syndicalist.
