I have an item I returned to Amazon. I dropped it off at Canada Post on April 30th, but as of May 3rd, there's still no update on Amazon or tracking information from Canada Post. When I dropped it off, the staff didn't scan it and told me to put it in the drop-off box. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of it. What should I do now?

Does OINP ISS require an ECA report from WES to be sent directly to OINP?
Has anyone here been approved under OINP ISS by only submitting their Canadian credential without ordering a separate WES ECA for OINP?
I already completed an ECA with WES for IRCC before, but today I checked my WES account and I’m unable to add OINP as a recipient. I’m feeling a bit worried about this situation.
Would really appreciate if anyone could share experience. Thanks!
