Bit of story time but I figured the best when feeling stuck is to share,

Last September I quit my job as an engineer and started a SaaS in December and scaled it to 10K MRR on the coaching / expert niche to create AI twins and share / monetize their expertise. Super fast growth but then hard stuck on it now and can't get it to grow. Current bottleneck is US/UK clients outreach. This is a B2B2C model.

So I started a second SaaS 4 weeks ago alone. Full B2C consumer site, needs a lot of volume in traffic / users because of a very small basket (9$). It has 200 users, 10$ MRR and I'm starting some partnerships for distribution. The slow compound is there but it's a linear growth. There is a London bureau journal piece coming out in 2 weeks that will mention the site so it's pretty cool ! Reddit is crazy right ? However I'll have to wait months for it to become something serious. So right now I'm waiting for SEO, finding partnerships and writing blogs but it doesn't fill the days and I'm a bit of a loss right.

So know I'm a bit confused on what to do. My wish is to have a SaaS that works with upfront payment, B2B related. But making these kind of require a co-founder for prospection / outbound and simply a niche / idea. (I'd choose an already proven market with competitors I think). And I'm kind of

I've seen the AI video generators booming lately but this relies on strong distribution capacity and is more long term.

But yeah overall I kind of have this direction fatigue.

Putting my stripe to show it's legit, I'd love to talk with some of you and get your wisdom !
