I am beat, relieved, disappointed and distraught at the same time. Just had my fist lap, they excised two cysts from my left ovary but didn't find the endo behind my uterus like the mri showed. I am very confused and kinda disappointed. I feel like I'm back to square one and that the pain and all of the cycle/period related pain hasn't been explained. Right now I don't know what to feel or do. Any help is appreciated
